Who can drink Mother Nurture Mixes? 

Mother Nurture Mixes are intended for lactating moms who desire to increase their milk supply, but everyone may enjoy it. In fact, it is safe for people who are: 

💟Diabetic. Our product has no artificial sweeteners as it uses only Stevia Leaves that help insulin secretion. The presence of glucose syrup is at the minimum which is not more than 0.16 percent per serving (both choco and coffee). Furthermore, Carbohydrates can have an effect on the sugar level of a person. Mother Nurture Chocolate mix has 20g of carbohydrates while Mother Nurture Coffee mix has 18g of carbohydrates which is very minimal. 

💟Hypertensive. It has low caffeine content and will not cause palpitations. The caffeine content of our coffee mix is not more than 90 mg while the choco mix has not more than 10 mg. 

💟Acidic. It uses a non-dairy creamer that will prevent acid reflux. Kids ages 2 and up may also enjoy our Choco Mix. On the other hand, if you are pregnant, it is best to consult your physician especially if you are at high-risk pregnancy and/or taking precautions on your diet.

NOTE:

😋The Dietary Guidelines for Americans recommends that carbohydrates make up 45 to 65 percent of your total daily calories. So, if you get 2,000 calories a day, between 900 and 1,300 calories should be from carbohydrates. That translates to between 225 and 325 grams of carbohydrates a day. 

😋According to the La Leche League, it takes roughly 20 calories to produce 1 oz. of milk. For the average 150-pound woman, this means that breastfeeding burns approximately 500 calories per day. 

😋Safe level of daily caffeine intake for pregnant and lactating mothers is 330 mg to 500 mg (taking into consideration the weight of the person).

Mother Nurture mixes were proven safe to consume. Our research and product development team was supervised by a licensed chemist and nutritionist during formulation, further studies, and thorough testing. Just make sure to check the expiry dates (approximately 12-18 months from the production date) provided at the bottom/back part of each sachet prior to consumption for your safety.
